Honeyed Walnuts & Pecan with Ice Cream

We scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. Arrrrrrrrrrggggghhh, give us this tasty ice-cream now! Thankfully it only takes minutes to prepare. Toast walnuts and mix in honey and Jordans Maple & Pecan Clusters, then pour over the ice-cream. Phew. You can stop screaming now.

1. Heat the walnuts in a dry frying pan until toasted and aromatic. Stir in the honey, and it will stick to the walnuts like glue. Remove from the heat

2. Add the Jordans Maple & Pecan Clusters and stir well. Serve immediately, while still warm, spooned over vanilla ice cream. Don’t hang around. Eat it. Eat it now.

Cook’s tips:

Try the recipe with different nuts, and use all maple syrup instead of honey.

This is a fabulous recipe for your favourite ice cream – you don’t have to use vanilla ice cream.
