1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Mix wet ingredients
3. Mix in dry ingredients
4. Spoon into muffin tin
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 mins

2 Tbsp Milk
75g Light Muscovado Sugar (Or Brown Sugar)

75g Dried Cranberries
2 Large Eggs
125g Melted butter
